In the kitchen, a leathered stone island countertop faces a wraparound corner of glazing. Enjoy the view of passing sailboats with the water visible on two sides while you're standing at the sink.

With illuminated oak treads, glass rails and a dark steel stringer, the staircase is one of the finest details, visible from the street through a double-height window wall.
