A grey shingle home on the red cliffs of PEI's north shore, looking out toward the dunes.

Craftsman Construction built MacMillan Point on a quiet point of Tracadie Bay, where the red sandstone cliffs drop to the water and the dune grass runs along the horizon. It's a backdrop that's hard to beat.

Grey shingles, white trim, natural stone around the entry, and a traditional craftsman-style roofline that provides interest without overcomplicating things. From the rear deck, the view extends across the bay and over the north shore dunes towards the St. Lawrence.

Inside, the home is warm and unhurried. Coffered ceilings in the main living areas, a large granite island in the kitchen, and a coastal palette that references the landscape outside. The master suite looks directly over the water, the deck visible through the sliding doors.

A well-built home in one of the most picturesque Island locations.
